I, Patrick Murray (LMFT #126156), specialize in helping students, creatives, and professionals gain confidence and learn techniques to manage their negative emotions, destructive behaviors, and intrusive thoughts that create obstacles to living a happy and fulfilling life. Since 2015 I have been working with a diverse population of children, adolescents, adults, and families. With an emphasis on building trust and creating a strong therapeutic relationship, I use an integrative approach combining my extensive training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction(MBSR), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am dedicated to my clients and help them find relief from symptoms, overcome obstacles, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
